About the Firm
Established in 2025, Northern Pines Legal, PLC is located in Interlochen, Michigan and specializes in consumer protection. Consumers often have legal protections when engaged in transactions with businesses, but few know of them. Further, these protections are not self-executing. A consumer needs to know they exist and how to assert them to be able to fight back against businesses that violate their rights. Be it the purchase of a used car, a transaction with a door to door salesperson that leaves a consumer deeply in debt, or a complicated financial scam in which a consumer loses their life savings, there may be legal protections that can help make a consumer whole. Attorney Ross L. Argir seeks to provide consumers with the counsel, advice, and representation that they need to assert their rights.

Attorney Argir graduated from Cornell Law School in 2017 and has successfully defended consumers in eviction actions and debt collection cases, has asserted claims against national lenders on behalf of consumers, and has resolved disputes for consumers on issues ranging from illegal debt/tax settlement contracts to security deposits wrongfully retained by landlords.
Compassionate
It is Attorney Argir's belief that lawyers can and should be kind and understanding to their clients. Rarely do clients seek out an attorney because everything is perfect. Attorney Argir understands that contact with the legal system can be stressful and is committed to treating each client with respect, no matter their circumstances or the type of case. We are all human and entitled to the dignity of being listened to.
